  The self does not awaken.   The self is the veil.  There is no ascension,  There is no enlightenment,  There is no wokeness,  There IS only consciousness.  The one unwavering foundation  on which all else changes.  And you do not have to do a god damned thing to realise it, except realise it is who you are right now, who you always will be and who you always have been. Realise, there is nothing to realise.  No ascension.  No “waking up”  No enlightenment at all.  Please, do not complicate with philosophical waffle.  Loopy loop navel gazing and trying hard to “heal”  Self worth unwavering is consciousness and the simplest thing on earth.  The challenge is to be SIMPLE.  No try hard.  No blame.  No shame.  No projection.  No attached minds thinking you know based on hearsay and assumption and second hand limitations.  Cease the reaching.  From love not for love.  Cease...
