with not knowing

Faith and grace and joy and laughter

tears and tantrums and wild abandon

It Is All Ok In The Whole Holy Journey, 

Felt core of a felt wordless deep truth 

Changes Not ONE thing despite Surfaced Waves

No reason, no rhyme and no need to know why

As No Thing has changed, and yet it all has... 

I Will Not Give Up On You, life, love or laughter, 

A whole Life served with light courage

You Are Seen, 

You are Heard and 

Safe To Simply Be.

Trust in pure source, a beauty expansive

a constant process IS exhausting so

Own The Trust and Trust Thy Own. 

come slowly, heat well as thermal rises, 

slow down slow food slow sensual touch

silence speaks loudly when we listen, 

protect, support, Be The Presence, 

reciprocate, appreciate, Be Your True Self, 

share solitude with deep vulnerability, Good God, 

fine dine, dance slow in flooded whole moments 

Create more, Be enough, rest well 

In Your Own Loving Nature.

For too long we have focused on the Middleworld, or the physical plane and its materialistic and egocentric pursuits. Remember that a boundary is set with love. (LOVE not inauthentic fake niceness) It is never aggressive. It is never dramatic. It is never hurtful. In the experience that I had, I told my friend that this action she had taken meant that I had reached my tipping point and that given our conversation last year, it meant that this was the end of our friendship.   I don't hate her.  I don't resent her.  I don't wish her bad. In fact, I still have a deep love and appreciation towards her and genuinely desire for her business to flourish.  Ethically, morally, spiritually and with grounded integrity.  I just no longer have a space for her personal unethical choices and behaviours towards myself (and others, including staff and business partners) and the kind of standards and authentic connections that I'm committed to creating.
