I don't care how many "namastes", prayers or greetings you send to others and the planet per day. I am interested in how much of the divine you recognize in yourself, how much of the divine you see in the other being... 

I don't care how much knowledge you have accumulated, whether you are a magician, a pastor, a guru, a teacher, a disciple. I'm interested in the knowledge you have about yourself... do you know your mysteries, your hopes, your fears, your dreams... Do you know your shadows? 

I don't care if your diet is vegetarian or vegan or if you live in the light because you care about the vibration of food. I am interested in whether you are able to accept what the other eats, whether you are able to see the opposite of what you experience and still respect ... 

I don't care how far you've transcended, whether you've gone out of body or beyond the world. I wonder if you can walk among human beings, see that you are still a human being, and honor your own humanity with all the decadence that exists in it." ~ Uyara Ara

Remember that a boundary is set with love. (LOVE not inauthentic fake niceness) It is never aggressive. It is never dramatic. It is never hurtful. In the experience that I had, I told my friend that this action she had taken meant that I had reached my tipping point and that given our conversation last year, it meant that this was the end of our friendship.   I don't hate her.  I don't resent her.  I don't wish her bad. In fact, I still have a deep love and appreciation towards her and genuinely desire for her business to flourish.  Ethically, morally, spiritually and with grounded integrity.  I just no longer have a space for her personal unethical choices and behaviours towards myself (and others, including staff and business partners) and the kind of standards and authentic connections that I'm committed to creating.
